A few months ago we anticipated in this blog that Instagram was working on a new functionality to filter and classify our contacts by categories.
From now on it is already a fact, Instragram has launched the categories so that we can sort, filter and classify the users we follow, although the functionality is not available to all users, since it will be implemented throughout the next few days around the world.
Classify and filter Instagram followers
In this way, I nstagram allows us to get to know our community Poland Mobile Database better and to classify our followers based on a series of parameters.
The truth is that when you discover this functionality you get many surprises, since Instagram shows you, among other things, the users you follow with whom you do not interact.
In this way we know who are those users that we follow but do not like their publications or go unnoticed by us, and also be aware of who are those ghost followers that I was talking about in this post, that we really have them almost of “ornament”.
Classify Instagram Followings
These ghost followers may see your posts, they may even like them, but for some strange reason they are reluctant to like or comment on your account.
But think that this has two senses, if your strategy is to watch but you do not interact with your network, it is very possible that with this new functionality you will begin to lose followers or be ignored , since now we will all see this data and therefore it can affect you negatively since once detected, we can press the three points that appear next to the profile Brother Cell Phone List of these users and we can stop following them, manage notifications or silence them.
Filter and classify your instagram network
In the same way, we can do the opposite, that is, if we do not want to miss anything about a user, we can click on manage notifications so that they notify us when they publish on their profile, in Stories, an IGTV or are doing a live show.
To use this function, enter your Instagram account, click on “Followed” on your screen and you will see how they appear
People with whom you interact the least
My featured in the news.
From here you can also sort your followers by:
Most recent follow-up date
Oldest tracking date.
If you opened, as is my case, the account many years ago, it is possible that there are many users who do not use their account, that is, they are inactive, therefore it would be logical to select the most recent follow-up date.
But you also have to think that some users that you have followed for a long time are still active and if you select a recent follow-up date you can miss them.
Anyway, we will be testing this new functionality to gradually make our TL as interesting as possible every day if we manage our notifications well.
